Pursuant to PIPL Article 13 and 17, we handle your personal information for the following purposes under the following lawful bases:

Performance of contract (PIPL 13.1(2)) — providing matching, messaging, and subscription services you request.
Your consent (PIPL 13.1(1)) — separately obtained for sensitive categories and cross-border transfers (see §4 and §5).
Legal obligation (PIPL 13.1(3)) — tax, anti-money-laundering, and regulatory reporting.
Legitimate human-resource management (PIPL 13.1(2) read with Art. 15) — for employer-posted roles.

4. Sensitive personal information · 敏感个人信息

PIPL Article 28 defines sensitive information as that which, if leaked, could harm personal dignity or safety. We do notprocess biometrics, religious beliefs, medical data, or minors' data. If you voluntarily upload such information (e.g. in a CV), we will request separate consent before processing. You may refuse without losing access to the core service.

根据《个人信息保护法》第二十八条，敏感个人信息指一旦泄露或非法使用，容易导致自然人的人格尊严受到侵害或者人身、财产安全受到危害的信息。我们不处理生物识别、宗教信仰、医疗数据或未成年人数据。若您主动上传此类信息（例如在简历中），我们将在处理前征得 单独同意。您可以拒绝且不影响核心服务的使用。

5. Cross-border transfer · 个人信息出境

Our production infrastructure is in the Hong Kong region of Tencent Cloud. For users in Mainland China, accessing our services constitutes a cross-border transfer under PIPL Art. 38. We rely on the Standard Contract for Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information issued by the Cyberspace Administration of China (CAC) and have filed the Personal Information Protection Impact Assessment (PIPIA).
